About the role

Join the team at Good Day Electrical, Solar and Air Conditioning Pty Ltd as a full-time Solar Installer. Based in Ingleside on Sydney's Northern Beaches, this role is responsible for the installation of solar panels and related electrical components for residential and commercial customers. You will play a crucial part in supporting the company's mission to provide reliable, renewable energy solutions to the local community.

What you'll be doing

• Install solar panels, inverters, and other electrical components to residential and commercial properties
• Ensure all installations meet relevant electrical, safety, and quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and resolve any technical issues
• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay up-to-date with industry changes

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in Electrical or Solar Installation
• Enphase experience preferred
• Substantial experience in solar panel installation or a similar role within the renewable energy sector
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Current driver's licence
