About our client:
Our client, ENGIE, is a leading Australian energy retailer providing gas and electricity to more than 700,000 accounts across VIC, SA, NSW, QLD and WA. They have partnered with us to grow their market share. 

About the role:
As an Outbound Sales Consultant your responsibilities will be to engage and acquire new customers for ENGIE. You will manage a pipeline of prospective customers, action warm leads, complete customer applications who are transferring across to ENGIE and importantly provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. 

The Outbound Sales Consultant will own the whole sales process and be responsible for providing a solution that suits the customers expressed needs.

About you:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Ability to confidently engage and build strong relationships with customers.

• Motivated to achieve targets and goals both individually and within a team environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in a sales or customer service environment (contact centre, direct sales, or retail) highly regarded.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Capacity to learn new skills, product, and technical knowledge.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
